Testing gas detectors in combination: Gas mixtures for your safe bump test
Daily functional checks on the service vehicle require the same precision as the mandatory safety testing of respirators in the workshop.
Sort your ready-to-use cylinders directly according to the number of target gases in the housing:
Those who adhere to fixed inspection deadlines usually need the exact same gas mixture again. Instead of rummaging through piles of old paperwork for the right receipt, you can simply retrieve the ppm or vol.% values of your past orders with a single click in your customer account. This speeds up your next inspection.
Only the accessories make your ALLCAN ready for use
Your desired concentration is determined – now all you need is the right dispensing equipment. What the right shoes are to clothing, the right accessories are to your gas cylinder: only the right tool completes the system. For immediate use, equip your ALLCAN cylinder directly
Equip your ALLCAN cylinder directly for practical use:
Draft regulator and pressure reducer: You screw the Draft regulator directly onto the thread in two easy steps. Cast brass is suitable for inert standard gases. For highly reactive specialty gases such as chlorine (Cl₂) or ammonia (NH₃), use stainless steel.
Hoses: They guide the gas directly into the calibration cap. The flexible Viton hose is sufficient for standard applications. For aggressive gases, chemically inert PTFE lines prevent any adsorption losses, ensuring the full concentration arrives precisely at the sensor.
Transport and Workshop Organization: On the way to the measuring site, the impact-resistant system case protects your equipment, while the weatherproof carrying bag secures the ALLCAN in the vehicle. In the workshop, the steel wall bracket marks the designated permanent spot for your compressed gas cylinders.
