§5 Shipping

5.1 All shipments are sent to the customer from All-in-Gas®'s warehouse at the customer's expense and risk. The risk passes to the customer upon loading of the goods. Any necessary or agreed-upon insurance will always be taken out at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing before shipment.

5.2 If the goods are collected by the customer's own vehicles or by an authorized representative, the risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods.

5.3 For international shipments, the applicable fees, and, if the customer requests airmail shipping, any additional costs incurred, will be charged. All-in-Gas® will inform the customer of the estimated costs for international shipments via email; shipment will only take place after prepayment and receipt of the shipping costs in All-in-Gas®'s designated business account.

§7 Payments

7.1 All-in-Gas® generally only delivers against prepayment, invoice, PayPal, or credit card. All-in-Gas® may grant payment terms to certain customers on a case-by-case basis, but only in writing and prior to the conclusion of the contract.

7.2 If All-in-Gas®'s claim has not already been settled upon invoicing and no payment term has been agreed upon in accordance with clause 7.1, All-in-Gas® invoices are due for payment within 14 days without deductions. After this period, the customer is in default.

7.3 If a customer fails to pay after receiving a reminder from All-in-Gas® and being given a reasonable grace period, All-in-Gas® is entitled, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the contract or claim damages for non-performance. The provisions of this paragraph also apply to any installment payment agreements.

7.4 If a customer defaults on their payment obligation, All-in-Gas® is entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 5% above the respective base interest rate.

7.5 Any costs incurred due to a chargeback of a payment transaction for insufficient funds or because of incorrect data provided by the customer/purchaser shall in any case be borne by the customer/purchaser and will be charged to them by All-in-Gas®.
